Remove a unless function not used
Check for vector distance are now look every 1sec instead of 1ms (better for code)
Remove the isLoggedIn check, that don't change anything with this... (If player not load with event he don't load any script)
Rephrase some things that make more sense

PLEASE TEST THIS PR SINCE I DIDN'T TEST THIS. It shouldn't break anything but....
