[SUGGESTION] Add a / command to toggle cinematic mode in /menu #130

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No specific problem

Describe the feature you'd like I'd like a / command added to toggle the cinematic mode that, as far as I can tell, can currently can only be toggled via /menu or NUI callbacks.

Describe alternatives you've considered I think it's possible to do using F8 keybinds, but a /command would be easier for end users and also able to be added to command binding scripts.

Additional context Sometimes it would be nice to toggle cinematic mode faster. Currently it's a bit clunky, at the bottom of a menu.
