Prevent stress for cycles, helicopters, planes, boats, and trains and… #145

Prevents stress when in vehicle classes cycles, helicopters, planes, boats, and trains since these vehicles don't have seat belts and also minimum speed for unbuckled is not applied for motorcycles sine there is also no seat belts on motorcycles.
