[SUGGESTION] Add item whitelist on player death #366

The problem

Some items in cities shouldn't be removed on death (for whatever reason) so handy to have a config list to stop these being removed.

Ideal solution

Something similar to this, however it no longer works as it was removed out of core and into inventory. I'm not sure if this is better to go under qb-ambulance or qb-inventory.
