[MAJOR BUG] ALL THROWABLES WEAPONS DON'T REMOVE FROM QB-INVENTORY

Summary

Hello , So whenever you give yourself a throwable weapons, bz_gas, grenade, or even a snowball it won't remove from your inventory , I tested it on a completely fresh server and it still doesn't remove, Im using qb-inventory.

Reproduction

1. Use /giveitem 1 weapon_bzgas 5 , (btw it will only gives you 1 even if you put 5).
2. Put the BZGAS or (whatever Throwable weapon you gave yoursefl) on your Hotbar, Use it , Throw it and it won't remove from your QB-inventory.
3. There's no errors.

Expected behavior

Remove it from the inventory when you using it.

Actual behavior

Doesn't Remove from qb-inventory
