1 year ago We still cant resolve this problem, but have noticed that while playing in game, the character loses the ability to take out their phone, look in their inventory, or use commands like /cash or /bank. Once this happens, we no longer see the character save in the Live Console every few minutes. No error messages or crash reports on client or server side. They F8 Quit and all they see is EMPTY SLOT.

we have been having an issue for the about three months now where at least once or twice a week someone in my server is losing their characters completely. they sign on like normal, load in just fine to character select and all it says is Empty Slot. their characters are still in the database. there are no errors in their F8 menu. there are no errors in the Live Console. there are no crashes or crash reports. I have checked to make sure their identifiers are the same as the database and log in, cleared server cache, cleared client cache, etc.
I am unable to reproduce it, however once your characters go to Empty Slot, no new characters will save until the previous characters have been scrubbed from the database. I have dropped a fresh copy of the qb-multicharacter into the server but that did not fix it. It only happens to one person at a time, so its not like everyone at once, and it seems to be completely random.
I have all the dependencies required for qb-multicharacter installed and updated. i check for qbcore updates once a week, and cfx updates daily. i have not renamed anything from the original "qb". It has been ongoing, and started at the end of May.
