[BUG] Emoticon in the first name or last name of characters #228

All my greetings to the QB Framework community members.

Today, I am creating a report due to an issue encountered during some tests with the qb-multicharacter resource. It is possible to input emoticons in the "First Name" and "Last Name" sections when you are in the character creation menu.

If this is intentional, I apologize for making this report. Otherwise, it might be preferable to create a configuration option to allow server owners to choose whether they want to block emoticons or not ?
