[BUG] Duplicate Invoices #364

Summary

Invoice bugs. never find a solutions for this bug since 9month ago.

Reproduction

  1. /bill to otherplayer.
  2. otherplayer pay the invoice.
  3. biller got 2 emails at once with undefined email one.
  4. otherplayer got the same invoice after closing phone.

Expected behavior

Idk.
