Hello we don't get any shooter calls to our police we can't understand it won't work for us that's why we write this bug to you if anything you want to look at it whether it's just us or your script does we not get a fault call via your script

Can you provide an Error code in either F8 console or tx live console? otherwise this request for assistance will not move forward.
