[BUG] Shop Peds are not there if player logs out from apartment and login back #132

Describe the bug Shop Peds are not there if player logs out from apartment and login back.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to apartment and logout
  2. login back
  3. go to any shop, ped will not be there

Expected behavior Ped is expected to be there .
