I've seen too many people asking how to disable it >:( Adds a config option to disable the green vest drawable applied when using heavy armor.

Have you personally loaded this code into an updated qbcore project and checked all it's functionality? [yes]

I can't unequip (/resetarmor) it anymore when putting it on
