[Query] More of a query really

I'm having a bit of an issue with no wildlife appearing, well a few dogs walking around the street, but nothing else anywhere, I used to have a copy of this script that allowed them to spawn, but I can't seem to get the latest ones to allow that, does anyone have an idea of where that configuration is?

I'v been through every configuration and setting but I can only find references to the way they interact with others, but nothing that would stop them from being spawned.

Cats at Legion, wildlife in the countryside, rabbits/cougars etc.
