[BUG] weapon recoil not working (qb-smallresources)

Describe the bug Weapons recoil doesn't work after the new client/recoil.lua changes. Doesn't matter if you change the recoil on different weapon with higher value - still not working.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download clean qb server with latest updates.
2. Connect on in and give yourself weapon.
3. Start shooting and you will see there is no recoil.

Expected behavior When you shoot to have recoil like the old one version of the script "qb-smallresources" since the recoil is in there.
