UI Drags instead of being able to press buttons

Describe the bug When you click the button it drags across the screen, if you click for example the engine button the fob will center itself where the button was pressed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: No idea, Its only one player in city

Expected behavior Buttons to press and work as expected
