[BUG] NPC Vehicles not locked #224

i fresh installed the qb-vehiclekeys and npc cars are not locked even with config TRUE for npc locked cars and it starting hotwiring without lockpicks

problem seens to be at the new robkeyloop function i used the old version of qb-vehicle and NPC cars are locked
