Force Update bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Open GMapCatcher in an area that was previously downloaded 
 2. Uncheck [Offline] & Check [Force Update]
 3. Move around in the map you will see that the map does not change to the 
new tiles

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 the new tiles should be shown but it seem that they stay the same

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
 This might be caused by the tiles cache
