Page color #15

It may be comforting to have the "page" color a different shade then the
rest of the. By default that option should be off but in the options the
color could be adjustable. Or we make a default dark gray page, lets say
30,30,30 and leave it up to the user to keep it or dump it.

Options menu sample:
Paper space [√]  pick color [30,30,30]

No, I tried that and when you want to make the page same color as the 
background, you
can never obtain the same color tone. I give up on this issue.
