Refresh time on big file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. write a text up to 12500 words

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For people who type fast, the typed word will not appear instantly, but
with a lag. The lag will become greater with the number of words of the
documents. Ex : for 20000 words, I'm able to write a long sentence before
the words appear on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TextRoom 0.5.4 for PC, on Eeepc 1005.

Please provide any additional information below.
If I open a 20000 words file and a smaller one, there is no influence on
the lag of the small document.

I guess it's about the cpu usage of sdl-mixer. Thanks for the report. I know 
about the 
issue, but haven't found a workaround yet.

Can you give 0.6.1 a try. Cpu usage must have been dramatically decreased.

Unfortunatly, I've only a PC with Windows... :/
I cannot try the 0.6.1 revision.
