Fix cgi new file #14

CGI was so kind to change it's file structure for the alterations.tsv... This PR modifies the file such it has the old structure.

Please make a new branch from dev and add your changes there. Other than that, LGTM and thanks for the quick fix! 💯 Let's wait until the API is reachable again before merging.
