CGI recently added wildtype biomarkers to their results. Integrate them into the report. Issues:

wildtype biomarker is gene-level -> no hgvs
- use HGNC gene symbol + "wildtype" instead ("ERBB2 wildtype")
- might need to adapt column name, as 'HGVS' will not be accurate anymore?
