add uncertainty columns in the "ratios" table of report #26

Report improvement: add a column in the output "ratios" table of the report, summarizing uncertainty per zone. Perhaps calculate average uncertainty per zone, and display that as additional columns for all classes.

I would leave this task for a second release where we significantly improve the report
