• [ ] If there are too many replicates, the tabs go beyond the screen and are difficult to access (this could be solved with some kind of horizontal scroll pane)
• [ ] "Cross genome shift" should only be visible in Genome/Strain mode
• [x] Error messages for missing values aren't displayed ever since layout has been changed from TextFields to Grids
• [x] Number of Datasets/Replicates can only be set once, later changes cause a ClassCastException
• [x] Parameter Preset doesn't seem to be bound to View/ConfigFile anymore. While you're at it: Move "Custom" option to the preset ButtonGroup (maybe with some separator), set selection there whenever user changes something. Remove Preset/Custom ButtonGroup.
