Merge tools #28

Merge the tools into one, The old tools can be preserved in their own main files.

Also moved bspfile data to the heap. The tools are taking a lot of bss data, so much that for me it was causing relocation errors during linking. The tools are adjusted for this change.

Migrating to unified tool. Meanwhile make still works for originals, much appreciated.
