Drop this change. It is intentional. It is far easier for users to memorize/associate "qbittorrent.org/donate" than "qbittorrent.org/donate.php". Also 3rd parties might already use the current link. Finally, qbt program uses it too.

FYI, .htaccess was copied from sf.net and it seems to contain a lot of old info or template info. So feel free to remove any comment that doesn't make sense to be there. AFAIK, many years ago the website had other design on sf.net and maybe depended on other stuff. And probably htaccess contains leftovers from there.
