Add more available languages #48

IMO ~70 is an approximate of 70 ~ 79 and this is good because we don't have to update the website every time a new language is supported.

If you think otherwise, at least, you should remove the ~ Tilde symbol.

@shirofficial thanks for the PR and the exact numbering, but @Chocobo1 is right. We need an approximation here. PS: Although 73 appear on Transifex we ship only 50, because the others have very low completeness percentage.
