Same problem with qBittorrent v4.1.6 on Arch Linux.
What's the use of Override Save Location
then?
I am running into this same issue, however, the "Override Save Location" feature does not work at all. That is, whether I have "Default Torrent Management Mode" set to "Automatic" or "Manual," qbittorrent will use the default location.
I am using the binhex/arch-qbittorrentvpn Docker image on a Synology DiskStation (DS918+).
v4.1.5 (64-bit) running on Windows 10 Pro x64
When having "Default Torrent Managment Mode:" set to "Automatic"
Using "Monitored Folder", with "Override Save Location". The torrent is saved under the "Default Save Path" instead.
"Override Save Location" works fine when running "Default Torrent Managment Mode:" "Manual"
Extra feature:? When "Default Torrent Managment Mode:" set to "Automatic"
Instead of settings a "Override Save Location" (or as and addition)
The ability to set a "Category" based on the "Monitored Folder"
