[Wishlist] completely disable authentication #10418

What is the problem

I'm running qBittorrent in a containerized setting, docker in this case, behind a reverse proxy which handles both SSL and authentication (LDAP and SSO). It should be possible to disable authentication, like SSL, to let a load balancer or other server in front of qBittorrent manage it.

You can accomplish this by enabling the Bypass authentication for clients in whitelisted IP subnets option and specifying a subnet of 0.0.0.0/0.
