Categories should also update other settings #10482

When creating a new category, you should also be able to set the following options per category:

When #9939 is implemented.

Hopefully we can also kick off a script when a download is completed, with the path to the torrent as an argument, again per category.

Unfortunately, I do not have enough time to make any significant contributions to the project.

Is it possible that this request can be done without having https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/9939?
