Pause Torrent for "x" Minutes

What is the problem

Sometimes it would be nice to pause a torrent (or all torrents) for say, 5 or 10 or even more minutes. Other bit torrent clients have this feature and it's very convenient.

What is the expected behavior

Clicking and holding on pause button gives a context menu for pausing for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 1 hour, etc.
