Set Location not working ? #12527

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

Windows 10 pro (10.0.1xxxx) Qbittorrent v4.2.3

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

What is the problem

Cannot set location of torrent after moving manually, Making the torrent want to redownload all files.

What is the expected behavior

Using the option to Force recheck option, it should check the newly set location.

Steps to reproduce

manually move a torrent, set location, force recheck.

You set location to the parent of the torrent's root folder (if it has one) right?

Yes I did...The only way i found to fix it is right click on torrent--> Open Destination folder (was still set in temp folder) --> Copy files from real location to that temp folder --> force recheck then reset location, it then moved the torrent files from temp back to good folder

What should happen if I'm not mistaken... When you set the location, you should be able to force recheck the torrent in the new location, not in the one it downloaded it to in the first place.
