Copy torrent file to download location, Rules per tracker/label/rss feed #1314

I would love an additional option to copy the torrent file to the directory it is being downloaded to.

Another thing that would be useful would be the ability to set upload/download rules that override global rules per tracker/label, and/or add upload/download rules to the rss downloader.

I meant like an option to set these to copy it to the location its being downloaded, that changes, so if I set one torrent to one directory, that file is copied there, and if I set another to a different directory that torrent file is copied there without me changing the directory.
