Torrent exchange #13339

Please add support for torrent exchange (like in bitcomet).

Please elaborate (reasons, advantages, disadvantages, etc).

Also, I think this would have to first be supported in libtorrent.

Advantage - it's like KAD search in emule but you download shared torrent files from others and have them locally in database. So the need in torrent search engines lowers. And you can search them instantly. Disadvantage - maybe slightly higher network usage and possibility of dead/spam torrent files in database.
