Info from commentary is not added to torrent when merging torrents. #13448

What is the problem

First, I add torrent with magnet link. Then, I obtain torrent-file for the same torrent, with commentary (most often there are links to pages where the torrent-file is distributed). When I want to add it, the client says "the same torrent is present in the list, torrents were merged", but commentary for torrent is not updated, it remains empty.

What is the expected behavior

When existing torrent in the client doesn't have commentary, and torrent-file contains it, commentary should be added to the torrent on merging.

Steps to reproduce

1) create torrent-file with commentary and magnet link. 2) add magnet link to client. New torrent will not have commentary 3) add torrent-file to client. The pop-up about merging torrents will be displayed. The commentary from the file will not be added to the torrent

To be clear, it says "trackers were merged", not "torrents".
