What is the problem

I request that multiple proxy servers be introduced and automatic rotation be implimented. Similar to the way my SEO software works.

What is the expected behavior

Qbittorrent would go through the list of proxies say randomly about every 25 minutes It would need to skip proxies that are running slow.

This would help hid the IP address

What's the point of cycling if not to select a faster one? This is pretty much the same feature request.

Current proposals to block torrents are to check whether someone is using one IP address. This makes it harder as a person looking at it with a cycle format would see a range of IP being used. Fair point. So if I understand correctly, judging also from the other issues you have posted, you would like the capability of cycling proxy servers, plus an option so select a "cycling policy" to serve 2 main use cases:

• Always select the fastest, to maximize performance
• Simply cycle (among the faster ones as much as possible), to maximize anonymity.

Note, the ability to use many proxies simultaneously would be a great option, that would accomplish the same and speed up dramatically file transfer.
