How about this?

For folders containing files of different types, E.g, If it contains avi, mp4, mkv, srt, smi, etc., it is regarded as a video file, If you hear image files, text files, etc. along with mp3, ogg, wma, wav, au, rm, mid, alac, flac, ape, etc., it is considered an audio file.

You just need to let the user specify some rules. Prioritize when multiple file types exist in a folder Priority 1 // Select by pull-down menu Priority 2 // Select by pull-down menu Priority 3 // Select by pull-down menu Priority 4 // Select by pull-down menu Priority 5 // Select by pull-down menu
