Title bar to follow system theme / custom theme #15553

Suggestion

The title bar does not change according to system theme, it stays white. Themes also will not change its color. It would be nice to have that as an option. I tried 3 custom themes also (they're dark) and the title bar is not affected.

qBittorrent version: 4.3.8 OS: Windows 11 21H2 build 22000.194
