as I can see, the problem is definitely related to some kind of scaling...

based on image I assume you are using some laptop with 13-14" FullHD display and consequently has some scaling (125% for example), and very likely configured custom DPI for fonts (for example 120 or 144). I almost sure that scaling is used, at least because MEGA icon has an incorrect form, I saw a similar effect for other (but not all!) Qt-based apps when used MATE with scaling. I don't have similar screen anymore, right now I have 2560x1600 for 14" and almost everything looks fine on it even with configured scaling. I noticed that anything built with Qt 6 looks bigger than the same app compiled with Qt 5 (even with the correct settings required for scaling).

posted image (and my observations) have me think that Qt 6 can't deal properly with fractional scaling coefficients (Qt 5 actually also can't deal with it, but custom DPI settings cause no problems on it).

if you are using Wayland (very unlikely, due to MATE), the situation may be even worse... it definitely supports only integer scaling coefficients and Qt has very poor support for it.

so, very likely this is not an application-specific issue, but something in the application can make the situation even worse.

Hi! I am using a desktop pc and a 24 "monitor. 1920x1080 I don't use wayland. I don't use custom dpi. The error occurred after the last update and only qbittorent is affected. All other programs are displayed normally.

in such case this is very strange...

And as I wrote, it's only with qbittorrent.

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04 with Qbit 4.5.0

I changed the font scaling factor in Tweaks to 0.85 and this happens

If I change it back to 1 it's normal.

Playing with scaling of the whole display didn't affect, just the font scale factor.

Hi All!

The problem came up again. Is there any solution for it?
