I can't download torrents with WIFI Direct Hotspot. #17327

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.4.3.1 Operating system: macOS Monterey 12.4 Qt: 6.3.0 libtorrent-rasterbar: 2.0.6.0

What is the problem?

When I add torrent, It became Stalled and no progress.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Turn on WIFI Direct Hotspot on your phone using some apps like NetShare or PdaNet+.
  2. Configure web proxy to use this hotspot, OS and, qBittorrent.
  3. Connect to this hotspot.
  4. Add torrent to qBittorrent.

I have the same issue while using TetherFi: https://github.com/pyamsoft/tetherfi

Has anyone been able to get any of these kinds of apps to work with qBittorrent?
