@memeplex is this still the case for current stable ?
No, I get used to it but it still looks weird:
I don't know, maybe it's expected to be like that, configuration dialogs have always been a bit odd in macOS. Feel free to close.
@memeplex please paste the specs of the version you tested on. TIA

Looks like you are still using 4.4.3.1 instead of stable. Please test on stable 4.5.5
Ok, as a side note, I'd checked for updates but the app told me (and still tells) that I'm using the latest version. I'm going to manually download it later and let you know of any changes.

Looks like you are suffering from #17602.
There are some visual changes but not ones related to the issue at hand:
qBittorrent & operating system versions
qBittorrent: 4.4.3.1 Operating system: macOS Monterey 12.4 Qt: 6.3.0 libtorrent-rasterbar: 2.0.6+gitbe8313e35e
What is the problem?
I've installed qBittorrent in a MBP M1 2020 running Monterey and fonts are smaller and of more incoherent sizes than I can recall from having used qBittorrent a few months ago.
The left sidebar status list font is small, even smaller than the categories and tags lists, which looks odd. Since screenshots won't capture the exact font size, consider that the categories list font in qBittorrent is slightly smaller than the font of the items in an expanded menu of my Mac top bar, which is already quite small. So status < categories & tags < Mac menu item.
I don't see the point of having such a small font, let alone the inconsistent sizes in the same sidebar.
Configuration sections sport an almost ridiculously small header font:
See for example "Use custom UI Theme" above.
I don't know if this is a regression in Qt or what. Qt was never quite good at emulating macOS L&F, but this time it's worse than I'm able to remember.
