What is the problem?

Not quite the correct name of the protocol. Actually - P_C_P protocol. In the software interface (qBittorrent), the protocol is designated as NAT-P_M_P. .

for example: other software uses exactly PMP

Yes, qBittorrent still uses PCP, but the interface says PMP Exactly as in the first picture.
