Updater should either download appropriate version on not download anything, only open the download page #18590

Suggestion

Since there are so many builds the updater should download the never version with the appropriate libtorrent and QT libraries.

Simpler and longer lasting would be to open the Qbittorrent page of Fosshub, without initiating the download.

Use case

Right now, apparently it plainly downloads the default Windows build. I had issues because of this. When I accidentally went from to QT6 to QT5, then I updated to QT6 again.

Extra info/examples/attachments

I'm on Windows so I don't know if it works differently on other platforms.

+1 from me on this one I think an in-place updater would be the best solution, though I'm not sure how hard or time-consuming that would end up being.
