How does the notification help you decide?
In either case (with or without notifications) this is a manual operation or its automatic via RSS rules.
One thing you can do with existing capabilities is add them all in a Paused state. Then come back and choose the titles you want and delete the rest.

Yeah, I guess I didn't word that very well, my bad. The notification wouldn't help me decide, it would alert me that the desired torrent is available and that I can manually go choose a release to download. And as I said, this can be done by using another RSS reader that has RegEx + notification capabilities (like fluent-reader), but since qBit has its own basic RSS reader with RegEx capabilities, I just thought that this notification feature could be implemented in it aswell. But I know it has more to do with RSS than with torrenting, downloading or auto-downloading.

Yeah, I thought about this after posting this suggestion, and after founding out about the option to activate notifications for all added torrents (in the advanced options).
As I said, I now realize that the feature I suggested has more to do with RSS functionality than with torrenting, so if you feel like qBit doesn't need that, feel free to close this issue right away.
@ikki4 I can't close this. You are allowed if you want to.
Suggestion
Option to send a notification instead of auto downloading a torrent that matches the rule definition. Could be inside the "Rule Definition" area of the RSS Auto Downloader.
Use case
Let's say that a certain private tracker's RSS feed does not specify in the titles information such as language, resolution and freeleech status. This means that this RSS feed will have multiple titles with the same name (because of multiple different releases), and the Auto Downloader would probably try to download them all, but that's not what the average user would want, in this case.
If instead of auto downloading we get a notification, then the user can better decide which release to download, whether by accessing the tracker's website, or by selecting each title in the qBittorrent's RSS feed (to show extra info on the right side).
(I know that this could be "solved" by using another RSS reader with notification options, but it would be nice to not have to use/install another program/service)
