5 months ago @maximgk97 the screenshot you posted for qBittorrent shows that your selection of torrents are 100% completed & are in seeding/uploading mode(stalled), your status bar shows download/upload activity for your overall torrents.
Update to qBittorrent 4.6.5 & feedback if this is still an issue.

What is the problem?
The torrent download and upload speed is remaining at 0 in the main field. However, in the downwards area, the true speed is being shown. Also the true speed in the tray. It is very annoying since you cannot know what is being downloaded and whether it has been downloaded. I tried using uTorrent to check if it is different on another torrent clients but it seems to be limited to qbittorrent only. I added one screenshot from qBittorrent and one from uTorrent where I tried adding one torrent as a test.
Steps to reproduce
Unfortunately, I don't know what causes the problem. It started happening some days ago.
