Use specific proxy for the search engine #1939

I live in Italy, and I'm ashamed to tell you that my government blocked The Pirate Bay. Totally. You can't access it at all, not even by changing the DNS. I don't know how they block it but it doesn't really matter, I can access it through TOR and it's enough. However I can't proxy everything through TOR as TOR blocks torrents for some reason. Can you add a way to proxy only the search engines? Tsocks can make a program use a specific socks proxy, but I think something more generic would be better.. I guess you can use tsocks for the sake of working around censorship at least on Linux.

@chrishirst But this is not a support question I'm just making a feature request which are usually made in bug trackers...
