Guidelines for VPN usage #19474

Suggestion

Put guidelines on the Wiki on the best configuration for the end user using VPN.

Use case

Now I'm using these settings on qBittorrent v4.5.2 (on Linux Debian Bookworm), and they're showing good speed results: VPN • P2P Group • Technology WireGuard Connection • Peer connection protocol: TCP • UPnP / NAT-PMP port forwarding: DISABLE BitTorrent • Enable anonymous mode: ENABLE Advanced • Network interface: from your VPN provider • Optional IP address to bind to: ALL IPV4

I still have some doubts about how to configure the native firewall (ufw), since the VPN also has an integrated.
