Now I'm using these settings on qBittorrent v4.5.2 (on Linux Debian Bookworm), and they're showing good speed results:

• UPnP / NAT-PMP port forwarding: DISABLE

• Enable anonymous mode: ENABLE

• Network interface: from your VPN provider
• Optional IP address to bind to: ALL IPV4
