qbittorrent-nox 4.6.2 crashes constantly

qbittorrent-nox 4.6.2 Ubuntu 23.10 libtorrent-rasterbar 2.0

What is the problem?

After 10s of seconds of starting multiple instances of qbittorrent-nox, they start crashing

Steps to reproduce

Not sure yet, but very consistent. Does not fail with 4.5.5

Updated (via ubuntu qbittorrent stable), and it's now much worse. I tried to reduce FilePoolSize=10, but that didn't help. I suspect that the problem is in libtorrent 2. Any help would be appreciated.

I've temporarily given up on 4.6.x, and have moved back to 4.5.4 which works far better. I'm happy to help debug 4.6.x, but due to the lack of any error message, I'm not sure what to try. It fails even when all torrents are paused and also when torrenting is disabled. Just reading the torrent files is enough to cause crashes.
