Randomize incoming port (based on adv option outgoing port ranges) #20299

Suggestion

Allow the use of a port range to randomize incoming port either via port selection such as <X - X> or similar, or use of the adv option allowing min max port range for outgoing.

Use case

Randomized listening which is supported in other torrent server applications.

I'd appreciate this as well, or just an option to set the default random port range to 50000 - 65000
