Cannot untag torrent from WebUI

What is the problem?

Cannot untag torrent. When right click on torrent, select Tags from context menu, and when mouse is moved over to select/deselect a tag, all check marks disappear. Clicking on a tag to untag has no affect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right-click torrent to bring up context menu.
2. Select "Tags" with mouse pointer.
3. Move mouse over to the tags context menu.
4. Tags that had checkmarks quickly have the check mark removed.
5. Selecting an assigned tag does not remove/untag/unassign the tag from the torrent.

Additional context

I reproduced the problem with both Firefox and Chromium.

I'm not able to reproduce this on v4.6.5 in Firefox or Safari. @Zenya393 could you try with the latest release?
