Limit sharing by seeds #21323

Suggestion

I need to set share limit to number of seeds. Currently share limit scenario supported: "Ratio", "Total minutes", "Inactive minutes". I need you to add a function to set "Seeds".

Personally i'm against this because "seeds" is too volatile to be used as a reason to stop a torrent permanently.

You might wanna rephrase that.

And it won't work anyway. When you start the client all numbers are initially 0. Which would trigger everything to stop immediately.
