What is the problem?
when the network is not well he rss update task will keep updating,when i try to update it again after i fix the network problem,it cant be updated.
when i chick the bottom to update it throw out someting like:

(Im sorry for using chinese and you know people in china seldom have a good connection to the network)
it will work after the connection is closed and throw out someting like:
2024/11/1 18:17 - 下载 RSS 订阅 'https://mikanani.me/RSS/Bangumi?bangumiId=3417&subgroupid=615' 失败。原因：远程服务器在完整应答被接收和处理前提早关闭了连接
but the time to timeout is too long for us to wait ,it must over half a hour
we need a function to slove the problem
btw,the problem have cover the version from 4.6.6 to 5.0.1
Steps to reproduce
have a not such well network (you know we often use proxy and the quality of the node is not always well)
click the update bottom
if your network is so well you will see the icon of rss like this :
you cant click the update bottom at that time even you solve the network problem . the problem cant be solved even if restart the programme or restart the machine.
